At SINGIRO VILAGE HOPE 4 ORPHANS (SIVHO), we are proud of our dedicated team of passionate individuals committed to making a difference in the lives of orphans and vulnerable children in Central Uganda. Our team consists of experienced professionals, community leaders, and volunteers who work tirelessly to implement our programs and initiatives.

The Board Executive of Singiro Villages Hope 4 Orphans Uganda (SIVHO) is composed of dedicated leaders committed to improving the lives of vulnerable children and orphaned communities across Uganda. Guided by compassion, integrity, and accountability, the board provides strategic leadership and oversight to ensure the organization fulfills its mission effectively.

Our executive team works tirelessly to strengthen education opportunities, community empowerment programs, child protection initiatives, and sustainable development projects that create lasting impact for children and families in need.

With diverse professional backgrounds and a shared passion for humanitarian service, the SIVHO Board Executive continues to drive innovation, transparency, and community-centered solutions that inspire hope and transform lives.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Executive Director

He provides overall leadership and vision for Singiro Village Hope for Orphans (SIVHO). He is responsible for strategic planning, decision-making, and ensuring all programs align with the organization’s mission of empowering orphans and vulnerable children.

Board Chairperson

She supports the Director in leadership and coordination of activities. She plays a key role in guiding community engagement, assisting in decision-making, and ensuring smooth implementation of organizational programs.

SECRETARY FINANCE

SECRETARY FINANCE-Secretary for Finance on the Board. She is a dedicated and responsible leader known for her integrity, accountability, and commitment to sound financial management. In her role, she oversees financial planning, budgeting, record keeping, and accountability processes to ensure transparency and proper utilization of organizational resources. Her strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail contribute greatly to the financial stability and sustainability of the organization.

General Secretary Fundraising, Projects, and Resource Mobilization

GENERAL SECRETARAY FUNDRAISINGS,PROJECTS 7 RESOURCE MOBILIZATIONS-. He is responsible for coordinating organizational programs, strengthening partnerships, and mobilizing resources to support the achievement of the organization’s goals and activities. In his role, he oversees fundraising initiatives, project planning and implementation, stakeholder engagement, and strategic development efforts. His leadership, commitment, and organizational skills play a key role in promoting sustainability, growth, and effective community impact.

Volunteers are the heart of SIVHO. They bring energy, skills, and enthusiasm to our mission. We welcome individuals from all walks of life who are eager to contribute their time and talent to help us serve the community.

Field Outreach & Mobilization Volunteer
He serves as a committed Field Outreach and Mobilization Volunteer at Singiro Villages Hope 4 Orphans Uganda (SIVHO), where he plays a vital role in connecting the organization with local communities and supporting grassroots program implementation.

In his role, He actively participates in community outreach activities, beneficiary identification, awareness campaigns, and mobilization of local stakeholders for SIVHO programs. He works closely with families, community leaders, and volunteers to ensure that vulnerable children and households are reached and supported effectively.

He is passionate about community service and is known for his strong communication skills, approachability, and dedication to helping others. Through field engagement, he helps strengthen trust between SIVHO and the communities it serves, ensuring that programs are well understood, accessible, and impactful.

His work continues to support SIVHO’s mission of bringing hope, education, and sustainable development opportunities to orphaned and vulnerable children across Uganda.

JAKWONGA HOFIN LUNYA

Jakwonga Hofin – Technical Programs Associate Consultant

Jakwonga Hofin is a dedicated and passionate development professional serving as the Technical Programs Associate Consultant for Singiro Villages Hope 4 Orphans Uganda (SIVHO). He plays an important role in supporting the organization’s programs through technical guidance, strategic planning, project coordination, and community engagement.

With a strong commitment to humanitarian service and community development, Jakwonga Hofin contributes to the design and implementation of programs that focus on empowering orphaned and vulnerable children, improving education opportunities, strengthening livelihoods, and promoting sustainable community support initiatives.

Known for his leadership, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities, he works closely with communities, partners, and stakeholders to ensure that SIVHO programs create meaningful and lasting impact. His dedication to teamwork and innovation helps advance the organization’s mission of bringing hope, dignity, and opportunity to vulnerable families across Uganda.

KENNETH KAGWAA ANDREW

Community Liaison Officer & Medical Social Worker

A Community Liaison Officer and Medical Social Worker at Singiro Villages Hope 4 Orphans Uganda (SIVHO) plays a vital dual role in connecting communities with services while also supporting the social and emotional well-being of vulnerable individuals and families.

As a Community Liaison Officer, the role involves building strong relationships between SIVHO and local communities, coordinating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring that community needs are effectively understood and addressed. This includes mobilization for programs, supporting outreach activities, and strengthening collaboration between families, leaders, and the organization.

As a Medical Social Worker, the role focuses on supporting the psychosocial needs of children, caregivers, and vulnerable households. This includes counseling support, referrals to health services, follow-ups on medical cases, and helping families access appropriate care and social support systems.

Through compassion, professionalism, and dedication, this role ensures that both social and health-related challenges within communities are addressed holistically. It strengthens SIVHO’s mission of improving the well-being of orphaned and vulnerable children through integrated community support systems.

MR.OPOLOT SKILLS TRAINER

Opolot Skill Trainer serves as a Digital Skills Trainer at Singiro Villages Hope 4 Orphans Uganda (SIVHO), where he is responsible for empowering young people, caregivers, and community members with essential digital knowledge and practical ICT skills.

In this role, he delivers training in basic computer literacy, internet use, digital communication, online safety, and modern technology tools that support education and livelihood opportunities. He helps learners build confidence in using digital devices and introduces them to skills that improve employability and access to information.

He also supports SIVHO programs by guiding digital record keeping, assisting with online communication systems, and promoting the use of technology in community development initiatives. His work helps bridge the digital gap in underserved communities.

Through patience, technical knowledge, and dedication to service, he plays an important role in advancing SIVHO’s vision of empowering communities through education, innovation, and technology.

Opolot Thomas

Community Based Trainer (CBT)

A Community Based Trainer (CBT) at Singiro Villages Hope 4 Orphans Uganda (SIVHO) plays a key role in delivering grassroots training, awareness, and capacity-building programs directly within local communities.

The CBT is responsible for educating and empowering community members, especially caregivers, youth, and families of orphaned and vulnerable children, through practical training sessions and outreach activities. These trainings focus on areas such as child protection, basic health and hygiene, livelihoods and skills development, education support, and community participation in development programs.

Working closely with SIVHO field teams, the Community Based Trainer helps identify community needs, organize training sessions, and ensure that knowledge is effectively shared in a simple and accessible way. They also support mobilization efforts and encourage active community involvement in all SIVHO initiatives.

Through dedication, communication, and a strong commitment to service, the CBT helps strengthen community capacity and promotes long-term self-reliance and sustainable development.

Rwothomio Jeremy – Senior Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer

SIFAYA TRACY ANDAKU

Trauma, Recovery & Healing Counselor

Tracy Sabiti serves as a dedicated Counselor for Trauma, Recovery, and Healing at Singiro Villages Hope 4 Orphans Uganda (SIVHO), where she provides vital psychosocial support to children, caregivers, and vulnerable community members.

In her role, she offers counseling services focused on emotional healing, trauma recovery, and mental well-being. She supports individuals who have experienced loss, abuse, neglect, or difficult life circumstances by providing a safe space for guidance, emotional restoration, and personal growth.

She also works closely with families and community programs to promote mental health awareness, resilience building, and positive coping strategies. Through her compassionate approach, she helps restore hope, dignity, and confidence among those she supports.

Her work is essential in strengthening SIVHO’s holistic care programs, ensuring that emotional and psychological needs are addressed alongside education and community development.

Tracy SABITI Brian

With strong analytical and organizational skills, Rwothomio Jeremy supports evidence-based decision-making by developing monitoring systems, evaluating program outcomes, and providing accurate reports that help improve service delivery for orphaned and vulnerable children.

WESTWOODS E-Services Solutions and General Agency

Jame Byaruhanga serves as a dedicated Project Officer Volunteer at Singiro Villages Hope 4 Orphans Uganda (SIVHO), supporting the organization’s mission to empower orphaned and vulnerable children through community-based development initiatives.

As a volunteer project officer, Jame Byaruhanga assists in program coordination, community outreach, project implementation, and beneficiary support activities. His commitment to teamwork, compassion, and community service helps strengthen SIVHO’s efforts in education support, child protection, and sustainable livelihood programs.

He is passionate about creating positive social impact and actively contributes to improving the well-being of vulnerable families and children across communities. Through dedication, professionalism, and a heart for service, he continues to play an important role in advancing SIVHO’s vision of hope, empowerment, and lasting community transformation.
