At Singiro Village Hope for Orphans (SIVHO), our story is rooted in a community deeply affected by loss, poverty, and limited access to essential knowledge and care. Many children have been left vulnerable due to the devastating impact of HIV/AIDS, the loss of parents and guardians, and the absence of proper healthcare, therapy, and guidance. Without strong support systems, these children face not only emotional hardship but also barriers to education, weak life foundations, and exposure to harmful social vices—challenges that, if unaddressed, continue a cycle of broken futures and lost potential.

SIVHO was founded as a response to this urgent need—a commitment to restore hope where it had been lost. What began as a simple vision has grown into a mission-driven effort to create a safe, supportive environment where orphans and vulnerable children can rebuild their lives. We witnessed children dropping out of school due to hunger, lack of school fees, and absence of mentorship, and instead of accepting this reality, we chose to act. Through compassion, community engagement, and determination, we started reaching out to those most in need, offering not just material support but also guidance, care, and a sense of belonging.

Today, SIVHO continues to empower children through education support, school feeding programs, health awareness, psychosocial care, and life skills development. Our work is focused on addressing the root causes of vulnerability while building a strong foundation for a better future. As we grow, we remain committed to creating lasting change—and we are always looking for new and exciting opportunities to expand our impact. Together with partners, supporters, and the community, we believe we can turn hardship into hope and raise a generation of empowered, self-reliant young people.
